As you read this letter newsletter, I'll be in the skies flying back to the United States for a 10 day food and family focused trip.

I don't get to see my sisters, nieces and nephews, and gang of relatives much so that will be pure joy.

And then, of course, everything in my life is always interspersed with great food, usually Italian. I'm running a pasta focused cooking course, then staying with my friend Michele Di Pietro - @MangiawithMichele - who is a total pleasure to cook with, and podcast with, and we’ll be doing lots of both.
