This past week, we headed up to Piedmont for a week of exploration into a region I've frequently overlooked. Along with two dear friends who visit Italy this time of year every year, we worked out a plan to take a deep dive into Piedmont wines, and unique specialty foods like the Alba white truffle and Gianduia chocolates.
