I'm back in the United States for a little under three weeks to visit family and friends for the very first time since the pandemic hit - nearly 3 years ago. What I typically do on a visit to the United States is make sure I eat some of my local favorite foods. Now I’m in the Baltimore Maryland area so crab cakes and anything made with crab meat are at the top of my list.
