Let's face it there's probably not a more romantic place on earth to get married than Rome Italy. And this year the Lazio region has $10 million in funds to help you pay for €2000 of your wedding expenses. That could be anything from the cost of wedding flowers, wedding rings, your reception venue or just about anything else that can be directly tied into the cost of organizing your wedding. It doesn't include things like travel to Rome but it does help defray lots of the other standard wedding expenses you encounter.

You may be wondering why the Lazio region is offering this subsidy? Well, it's simple. Weddings in 2022 are now up to an all time high that hasn't been reached since back in 1984 – the year I got married by the way!
