Italian cocktails and aperitivi are often low alcohol content and with a hint of bitter flavor.Â
My favorite by far is the Spritz cocktail: refreshing and light so you can comfortably drink a few. The key ingredient is Aperol (or often Campari), one of the many Italian cocktails with a hint of bitter flavor.
